³²P, ³³P labeled nucleotides and ³⁵S labeled amino acids have become indispensable experimental tools for modern biochemistry and molecular biology. As a result of more than 20 years of continuous development and experience, IZOTOP offers the whole range of labeled nucleotides with various, even the highest specific activity and ultimate radiochemical purity. The whole range of labeled nucleotides is produced in traditional form and in stabilised form. With the aim of providing the molecular biology community with arms of contemporary solid-phase techniques in molecular biology, IZOTOP has been researching and developing intensively on this field. GeneFix^® Streptavidin (GFS) has been launched as the first representative of this product range. GFS tubes are produced from standard 200 µl test tubes (strips). The inner wall of these tubes is pre-treated to facilitate the immobilization of nucleic acids of your interest. Applying biotinylated equivalents (primers, oligonucleotides, probes, templates, PCR products, nucleic acids etc.) and GFS tubes, several molecular biological procedures can be simplified.
